Ongoing Events
Knowing the power that is inherent where two or more are gathered` we come together three times
every week to meditate.
Meditation:
Sunday morning 8.00 - 9.00 am
- for mediation and discussion.
Tuesday and Thursday morning 8 - 8.30 am
- for meditation
Monthly Peace Prayer Circle
The 1st Monday of every month we meet to share prayers for for peace within and extending Peace into the world .

A Course in Miracles
Every Friday - 8.30am - 9.30am.
We share the lessons of the Course expanding our understanding with the focus on living it more fully.
Daily Pause:
You are invited to join us in your minds and
Pause twice a day for a couple of minutes.
This is time to reconnect with your God, to breathe,
or say a prayer. Joining together in meditative space.

Commencing January 5th at 7- 8.pm (ish) UK time.
Monday 5th - Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
Monday 12th- Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Monday 19th- Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the Earth.
Monday 26th- Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.
Monday 2nd ( February) - Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
Monday 9th- Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
Monday 16th- Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the Sons of God.
Monday 23rd- Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
Contemplations: The Eightfold Noble Path of Buddhism
Spring /early summer 2026 – dates to be arranged.
Right View: Understanding the nature of reality and the path of transformation.
Right Intention: Commitment to ethical and mental self-improvement.
Right Speech: Speaking truthfully and harmoniously.
Right Action: Behaving peacefully and harmoniously; refraining from harmful actions.
Right Livelihood: Earning a living in a way that does not harm others.
Right Effort: Cultivating positive states of mind; freeing oneself from evil and unwholesome states.
Right Mindfulness: Developing awareness of the body, feelings, thoughts, and phenomena.
Right Concentration: Developing the mental focus necessary for meditation.

Any thought or feeling that are not of love benefits from prayers for Grace and the blessing of Peace for transformation.
